What the online inquiry collects

The contact name, phone number, WeChat ID or email address, project requirements, and optional company, application, quantity, project stage, drawings and photos that you submit are used for project assessment, structure review, samples, quotations and replies. We also record the project reference, submission time, source page and your consent to project-related contact, to check requirements and handle duplicate submissions.

The online form currently accepts PDF, JPG, PNG and WEBP attachments. Only upload materials you have permission to use for this project review. Do not include unrelated sensitive personal information. CAD drawings and other files can be discussed separately by WeChat or email.

How requirements and attachments are stored and notified

Successfully submitted requirements and attachments are stored in this website’s dedicated database and private file directory on a server in mainland China. Attachments are not placed on public web pages, and no public file list is provided. A separate notification service authorized by Baoshengda can read the relevant requirements and attachments under controlled access and send them to the sales inbox at szbsdjia@163.com for project follow-up.

A “Saved” receipt on the page means that the requirements and attachments have been saved and a sales notification has entered the processing queue. It does not mean that the email has been delivered or read by sales. If saving has not been confirmed, keep your current content and project reference. Retry with the same reference, or check by WeChat or phone, to avoid duplicate submissions.

Form content and selected files that have not been submitted remain only in the current page’s memory. They are not written to browser local storage and are cleared when you leave or refresh the page. Follow your project’s rules for sharing materials. Discuss any restrictions or confidentiality requirements before sharing restricted drawings.

Project materials you send directly

Contact details, drawings, photos and requirements you send by WeChat, phone or email are used for project assessment, structure review, samples, quotations and replies. Do not send unrelated sensitive personal information. Discuss confidentiality and permitted use before sharing customer-confidential or restricted drawings.

WeChat, email and phone services are also subject to their providers’ rules and privacy policies. Any downloaded checklist is saved on your device; please keep it appropriately.

Website visits and source references

This website uses first-party visit records to understand visit times, pages viewed, estimated countries, source channels and clicks on WeChat, phone, email and inquiry links. The server records receipt times in UTC; the operations view can show Beijing time. Country is estimated locally on the server from the connection IP. Visit analytics do not retain the raw IP. The estimate does not establish a visitor’s nationality or actual location.

A random identifier in this tab’s sessionStorage connects pages within the tab’s session. It is renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity or a maximum session age of 24 hours. We retain page paths, referring host names and limited UTM source and medium categories, rather than full query strings, search terms, form content, contact details or drawings. We do not use cross-site tracking or device fingerprinting. Detailed visit records are retained for 90 days. Unavailable sources remain unknown.

Browser Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals are respected: when enabled, no visit session is created, these analytics events are not sent and no visit reference is added to an inquiry or email link. You can stop analytics for this tab or clear its session below, or clear this website’s site data in your browser settings. Stopping analytics does not prevent browsing or contacting us by phone, WeChat or the inquiry form.

Crawler claims, browser automation signals and operations test markers help separate records. They do not verify identity or prove a human visit. Records may be incomplete when scripts are blocked, privacy signals are enabled or source information is absent. Visits and clicks do not establish real inquiries or completed sales.

A short visit reference confirmed by the receiver may be included in the requirements you choose to submit or in the subject opened by an email link, helping us compare the project with its visit record. You must still check the recipient, body and attachments and send the email yourself. Clicking an email link does not mean that a message was sent or received by sales. Copying the address and writing a separate email may not provide a source reference.

Hosting and network providers may retain necessary service and security logs under their own notices. This website’s visit analytics do not place customer drawings or project requirements in visit records.

Access, correction and deletion

To ask about, correct or delete information you have provided for project discussions, contact szbsdjia@163.com. Include the communication channel, approximate time and relevant project so we can verify your identity and the scope of your request. You can also contact us directly by WeChat or phone without using the requirements checklist.
