Custom FSR
pressure sensors
A shape that fits your product
Round, square, strip and custom-shaped sensing structures. Share the contact location, installation space and connection requirements so we can review a suitable film sample.

Actual shape and connection reference; customized to drawings
Round sensing geometry
Round flexible pressure sensors
Start with the local contact position, then review the circular sensing area, film outline and tail termination. Actual long-tail and short-tail samples help compare the available mounting space.
- Contact position
- Contact area, force direction, rear support and preload.
- Geometry and connection
- Circular area, tail length, exit direction and terminal fit.
- Prototype validation
- Check contact response and recovery in your actual assembly and readout circuit.
Square sensing geometry
Square flexible pressure sensors
A square sensing-face sample provides a reference for flat contact and bonded placement. Review the sensing area, edge clearance and tail direction together with the actual assembly.
- Sensing area
- Contact area, edge clearance, cover material and support.
- Bonding and mounting
- Fixing position, assembly method, layers and routing space.
- Test conditions
- Load position, contact area, duration and electrical readout.
Custom film geometry
Strip and custom-shaped sensing films
For distributed contact positions, clearances or cable connections, review sensing locations, routing and interfaces using strip and shaped samples. Multipoint requirements also need defined acquisition channels.
- Positions and outline
- Sensing positions, area divisions, clearances and fixing method.
- Routing and termination
- Tail route, cable length, connection type and assembly path.
- System integration
- Agree channels, power supply, acquisition and calibration scope separately.

Start with your drawings and requirements
The photos are a starting point. Tell us the installation dimensions, contact method and sensing goal, then agree what the next samples need to verify.
Project questions
Before you start
Do we have to use the exact design in a photograph?
Photographs show actual geometry and connection references. Your project can be reviewed from its own drawing and mounting requirements. Structure, specifications, price and lead time are confirmed by project.
How should we choose between round and square?
Start with contact area, mounting space, support and tail exit, then discuss the outline. Matching shapes do not imply matching range, response or test results. Validate in the actual assembly.
Can we request prototypes with a dimensional drawing?
Send the dimensional drawing, installation photographs, detection goal and planned quantity. Define the sensing area, termination and this round’s validation goals before discussing sample design, cost and arrangements.
These are actual Baoshengda samples, shown as shape and connection references. Sensing areas, specifications, supporting components and delivery scope are confirmed for each project.
