BAOSHENGDA / FACTORY AND COLLABORATION
Baoshengda FSR Factory and Prototype Manufacturing
Bring your use requirements into drawing review and manufacturing.
Shenzhen Baoshengda Technology Co., Ltd. is based in Guangming, Shenzhen, and provides design collaboration, prototyping and manufacturing for functional-film products. FSR development starts with the application and drawing. Define geometry, sensing areas, routing and mounting before planning processes and prototype inspection. Drawing revisions, testing conditions and delivery scope are agreed during project review.

How is manufacturing planned after drawing review?
The geometry, sensing areas, routing, tail and layer stack determine the subsequent processes. Align the drawing and assembly requirements, then discuss screen printing, die cutting and lamination for that structure.
- Confirm the structure
- Review the drawing revision, outline, sensing areas, materials and termination. Define what this prototype round needs to resolve.
- Plan the processes
- Plan screen printing, die cutting and lamination around the structure, including fixing, routing and later assembly.
- Retain change records
- Link sample IDs to revisions and record structural changes and review items for the next discussion.
Agree mechanical, electrical and assembly checks separately
Factory photographs show processes. Confirming whether a prototype meets your needs requires agreed inspection conditions and records. Define inspection items and acceptance methods before prototyping.
- Structure and appearance
- Check outline, sensing areas, tail, contacts and mounting positions against the drawing. Agree the dimensional and visual inspection scope.
- Electrical readout
- Record output with agreed connections, circuit and supply. Do not compare samples without the readout context.
- Loading in the assembly
- Use the actual or an equivalent structure. Record loading, holding, unloading and recovery, including the effects needing review.
- Prototype records
- Agree in advance the sample IDs, revisions, inspection items, raw readings and abnormal-condition records to be provided.
Align purchasing, mechanical and electronics requirements
Send drawings, assembly photographs and application requirements. We first define the sensing input, mounting and existing electronics, then discuss prototypes, tests and delivery scope.
- With drawings: provide the revision, installation conditions and the issues to resolve in this round.
- During concept design: start with the application, available space and contact method, then add constraints.
- After prototype tests: use the test records and revision changes to agree subsequent production arrangements.
Before a visit or prototype delivery
Can we discuss manufacturing using our mechanical drawing?
Yes. Include the application, mounting space, loading and connection conditions so the drawing can be translated into prototype review items.
Can we agree inspection documents in advance?
Yes. List the inspection items, test conditions and record format before prototyping, then confirm the project scope.
Should we test samples inside our product?
Validation in the actual assembly is recommended. Covers, foam, support, preload and circuitry can all affect readings. Film-level and complete-product results should be assessed separately.
