Understanding this sensing structure
Strip and custom-shaped film structures can be reviewed for narrow spaces, mechanical clearances or separation between a contact position and its interface. Baoshengda reviews sensing positions, outlines, tails, cables and terminations from your drawing. Actual sample photos illustrate geometry and connections. Independent acquisition from several areas, calibration and final functions need separate agreement on channels, electronics and system scope.

Which application requirements should we review?
Application requirements guide placement, assembly and validation. The examples below support a design review; suitability depends on your product structure.
Narrow spaces and mechanical clearances
For recesses, openings or surrounding parts, provide available space, fixing areas and contact points before reviewing a strip or shaped outline. Include tail turns, bends and pass-through space in the assembly review; appearance alone is insufficient.

Seating is an established Baoshengda application direction. Distributed contacts may require coordinated sensing areas, film paths and interface locations. Independent readings require separately agreed channels, electronics and placement tests; a connected outline alone does not establish independent output.

What can we review with your drawings?
Review installation, sensing goals and connections together. Dimensions, force range, accuracy, service life and materials must be defined in the project drawings and agreed tests.
Review customization and sampling- Positions and outline
- Mark contact positions, sensing areas, holes and keep-out areas on the drawing, then discuss the film outline and routes.
- Tail and cable
- Define exit direction, assembly route and connection distance. Agree the scope of tails, cables, terminals and harnesses separately.
- Areas and channels
- Distinguish several sensing positions from independent acquisition at each position. Define channels and corresponding interface connections.
- Assembly and system
- Provide support, cover, fixing and existing electronics. Agree separate responsibilities for film, electronics, calibration and software.
- Prototypes and revisions
- Align the drawing revision, this round’s goals and quantity. Confirm changes, costs and subsequent arrangements.
Sample validation / Agree the test conditions
Define the test before comparing samples
The same shape does not establish the same test results. Record the contact structure and circuit conditions to assess whether a sample meets the current validation goal.
- Match each sensing area, route and connector to its installation position. Check clearances and routing against the drawing.
- Record the load, cover, rear support and preload at each contact position. Record separate channels when independent data is required.
- Check fixing, turns and connections along the actual assembly route. Agree bend and long-term-use testing separately.
- Define film, readout and complete-product acceptance separately. A continuous-looking outline does not establish a finished system function.

Are the strip and shaped samples fixed models?
These samples primarily illustrate film geometry and connection options. Your product does not need the same structure. Submit its installation drawing, sensing positions and interface requirements for project review.
Can multiple sensing areas be read independently?
This needs project-specific confirmation. Define the positions, planned channels and existing electronic interface, then review routing, readout and calibration. A photograph cannot establish independent output from every area.
Can cables, terminals or harnesses be reviewed together?
Yes. Include cable length, assembly route, connector requirements and interface definition. Feasibility and delivery scope for the film, tail, cable, harness and electronics are confirmed separately.
How can I inquire before the drawing is complete?
Provide a shareable installation photo or sketch marked with contact positions, available space, exit route and detection goal. Include the project stage and quantity. Mark unknowns for review, then confirm the design and quotation after the information is completed.
